work space : In my scrap/computer room and I love it. The window looks to the back so I can hear all the neighbourhood kids out there all day long
style: I always try to capture a moment and tell a story, I like events, I like everyday and I like the mushy pages. I try to keep my pages colourful and fun.
1 or 2 pages: mostly 1 pagers
color preference: I always have some white, kraft or black on and and then mix it up with patterns and embellies
favorite product type:stitching- I use it on almost all of my digital pages- that's what I love about digital is the ability to sew without a machine!
childhood ambition:To become a teacher (which I did and 90% of the time I LOVe it. :) )
fondest memory: the birth of my daughter and the sunrise at just after 5 am that morning. It is permanently etched in my brain.

wildest dream: To meet Oprah
proudest moment: There have been a few; marrying my DH, my graduation, the birth of my daughter in under 5 hours of labour and the launch of my products and paper.
biggest challenge: I have MS so I face fatigue all the time. It's a tough battle, but I'll be darned if it is going to win!
alarm clock: "Mommy!!! Come wake me up down here with some snuggles!!"
perfect day: Family days with the sun shining when we take a walk down through the trails to go out for lunch and then come home to a quiet afternoon spent in the yard and finishing off with a BBQ with the neighbours and friends.
first job: Lifeguard (that's where I met my DH as I was his first boss!)

inspiration:Colour, patterns, blogs, websites, Photoshop Creative magazine and flowers
my life is hectic, busy but fun. I like to always be on the go and doing something. I remember as a kid thinking my Mom was crazy with so many projects on the go at all times and thinking, "I am not going to be like that! I am going to chill out and have lots of free time!" Lo and behold, twenty years later, I AM my Mother! It's a good thing. |
