the how-to:
1. Open a canvas in PSE (or similar program) to 11 in X 8.5 in @ 300 dpi.
2. Open your photo and drag onto canvas filling the canvas. Using your "gaussian blur" filter, blur to your liking.
3. Using Rhonna's Old Stamps kit, choose the graph as your brush and lighten your opacity to 25%. Brush over photo 6 times.
4. Add 3 photos and resize to your liking.
5. Using Rhonna's "ChickPea" kit, open negative frame and layer over photos.
6. Finish layout by adding text.
