It has been a long time since I've purchased cardstock by the sheet. {The reason being I have soooooooooo much of it already.} But Two Peas just recently got Bazzill's entire line by the sheet and I couldn't resist picking up some colors that were new to me. Oh. My. Gosh. I love them! The texture ... the rich color ... my affliction for buying cardstock has returned. :)
Here's a layout using all the colors I recently bought. I guess they technically don't "go together" -- but mixing funky color combos has always been a favorite thing to do. Thanks for looking! -Shelley :)
Directions:
Place photo on background cardstock. (I used kraft.) Next cut random strips of cardstock in varying widths. Ink the edges with stamping ink if you like. (I like. Ü) Place the strips as shown. Attach a polka dotted SEI tag with a staple. String a small jewelry tag through the hole of the larger tag. Add a small punched out heart. I used mini glue dots to attach the tiny heart and also to hold the tag in place where I wanted it. Use the etire right side for journaling.
Supplies:Bazzill cardstock, SEI die-cut tag, mini glue dots, small jewelry tag, small heart punch, stamping ink, and pen.
