1. Cut large circle of patterned paper.
2. Adhere circle and photo to background.
3. Cut strip of patterned paper and adhere across bottom.
4. Cut photo corners from patterned paper and adhere on 2 corners of photo.
5. Create a circle of flowers around left side of photo.
6. Pin together 2 hearts and adhere to circle of patterned paper.
7. Add pins in top and bottom right corners.
