1. Open up the ledger paper from the Peach Keen digital kit.
2. On a New Layer, with your Marquee Tool, create a rectangle where you will create your blue paper.
With your Paint Bucket, fill this rectangle with blue.
3. Open your Black Overlay from the Sheer Delight Kit. Drag & drop it onto the blue paper.
4. Go into your Layers Palette, under the NORMAL Light Mode, choose OVERLAY. This will give your blue paper this patterned look.
5. Open your photo, & with your Move Tool, drag & drop to your layout.
6. Open Tia's stitching & masking tape frames. Drag & Drop.
Open Chris' chipboard accent & the Vintage Label 'date' label. Drag & Drop both accents onto your layout.
If you wish, you can add a drop shadow to all of these elements, by going to LAYER>LAYER STYLE>DROP SHADOW. I would the default shadow at 5,0,5.
7. Load your Scribble Flair brushes, & select a New Layer, white brushes & stamp the flowers, butterflies all around. Have fun.
8. For some added interest, choose the same blue as your paper, & add the swirls to the edge. (you may even want to add a Burn Brush to it for added texture & depth.)
9. With your Text Tool, add your title. Go to your Layers Palette & choose OVERLAY again in your light modes to blend into the masking tape frame for this effect.
