Something that I have seen become super popular with embellishments lately is CHIPBOARD! They are everywhere! They come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
I love that you can alter them on your own
or that you can purchase things that will help alter them for you like thisand this. And who could forget the scrapbooker's necessity?! The ALPHABET!
They even come in a digital kit! I love the extra texture and depth they give. They are like diecuts--- but sturdier! Stock up on these trendy embellishments and see what you come up with! You can use them as is or paint, decopauge, add jewels, ink them, use brads to adhere, add ribbon... the possibilites are endless!
Instructions:
1. Trim and tear patterned paper.
2. Use circle stickers under photo and one on top of patterned paper.
3. Add photo.
4. Add bits of chipboard down the size of the photo.
5. Paint chipboard number and let dry.
6. Handwrite journaling on paper and attach word strip, chipboard star and binder clip.
7. Add chipboard title onto chipboard tag.
