Supplies:
Patterned paper
Alphabet stickers
Decorative tape
Ric rac
Fish die cut sticker
Circle sticker

Steps:
1. Start with a sheet of patterned paper as the base.
2. Trim the edges of your 4x6 photos to make longer strips and adhere to page, leaving a wider bottom portion for embellishing.
3. Add pieces of torn decorative tape to the tops of each photo.
4. Adhere the fish die cut and round sticker.
5. Using a wet glue (I use MonoAqua), adhere a strip of ric rac along bottom edge of photos.
6. Add alphabet stickers to complete the title.
