Directions:

1. Using a hold punch tool, punch circles around the scalloped edge of the black cardstock (I only punched a section of the black cardstock) and attach to white cardstock. Trim a piece of the stripped patterned paper and attach to background. 2. Cut blue elements from patterned paper and attach to cover the seam of the stripped patterned paper. Add photos as shown.
3. Use chalk ink to color the chipboard for title and tabs and attach to layout as shown.
4. Cut out middle of frame diecut to use for journaling and attach to layout. Add additional die cut elements to page as shown.
