Directions:
1.Cover bottom half of opened file folder with patterned paper. Put tape across top seam.
2. Pin heart pin onto file folder.
3. Adhere folder to background.
4. Adhere photo and file tab on photo.
5. Add title lettering.
6. Cut 4 1/4" strips of patterned paper and adhere around edge of background.
7. Attach flowers with oversized brad.
8. Adhere journaling stickers on right side and journal in open space.
