Glitter and rhinestone products are popping up everywhere! Just type the word 'glitter' into the product search box and look at the results. I, for one, love the return of glitter! Back in the day I remember collecting numerous colors of loose glitter to sprinkle on to my titles. The glorious thing is that we no longer have to glitter things up ourselves, it's already done for us. This takes 'some' of the mess away and a ton of the drying time.

Directions:
1. Start with cardstock background and adhere photo.
2. Adhere title on top of photo.
3. Adhere rhinestone stars as border across page.
4. Cut strips of tape and apply around photo and title.
5. Add brads between strips of tape.
