An old photo from my first anniversary of marriage back in 2001 that I have been wanting to scrap for a very long time now. Quick and simple layout, but at least now I have the memories recorded.
Supplies: Patterned paper, die cut tag, tiny letter stickers, felt hearts, chipboard scroll, brown ink, pen, adhesive
Directions:
1. Trim a piece of pink patterned paper so that it measures the same as your photograph. Ink edges with brown ink.
2. Adhere pink patterned paper and photo onto black patterned paper as seen in the layout.
3. Ink edges of die cut tag and then on to bottom right corner of photo and embellish with felt hearts. Create title/subtitle on tag with tiny letter stickers.
4. Cut several thin strips of pink patterned paper. Ink edges with brown ink. Handwrite journaling with black pen on strips of pink paper and then adhere to layout underneath photograph.
5. Ink chipboard scroll with brown ink and adhere to the top left corner of the layout.
Idea to note: Heart embellishments by American Crafts are also available in plastic, chipboard and foam.
