Steps Used to Create This Layout:
1. Adhere picture to background cardstock and using spray adhesive, add overlay over picture.
2. Measure, trim and adhere patterned paper and cardstock to create a color blocking effect.
3. Add circle rubon and add letter rubons for title around it.
4. Add chipboard heart, brads and foam sticker to complete layout
