Seasonal Layouts : Rain Rain Go Away

Around these parts, winter isn't about snow. Its about rain. Not much rain - not like Oregon or Washington. But we get rain. In fact the past week we've had it. Its actually quite funny when it rains out here. Everything stops or slows. No one knows what to do, including me. It really doesn't happen much out here. Supplies:
Patterned paper: KI, 7gypsies, Creative Imaginations
Paper frill - Doodlebug
Photo corner, journaling tag - 7 gypsies
Chipboard - I have no idea.
Letter stickers - Rebecca Sower for EK Sucess Directions:
1. Collage papers and pictures onto background cardstock.
2. Attatch paper frill to side of picture using embroidery floss.
3. Wallpaper 7 gypsies photocorner with CI patterned paper. Adhere to layout. Add jouranling tag and chipboard element.
4. Scribble circles onto cardstock using ink pen; cut out; add stickers. Adhere to layout.
