Newsletter Layouts : My Joker (Scenic Route)

I love the colors in the new Scenic Route papers. I combined some of the new papers with papers from their previous lines.
Steps to Make Layout
1. Use white grid paper as the background.
2. Trim orange, orange/blue and black arrow papers. Trim all of them to the same length making the strip behind the photo 4" wide. Adhere paper pieces to page in a "block".
3. Add two strips of light blue paper to the top and bottom edge of the orange circle paper on the left.
4. Adhere 4 X 6 photo to page.
5. Trim black polka dot paper (6 inches long) and adhere the right of the photo.
6. Trim black SR number paper that will go behind title and round the corners. Create title by using 2" circle punch, square and rectangle pieces of paper and letter stickers. Adhere letters to black paper piece.
7. Add Basic Grey rub-ons then adhere title block.
8. Add letter stickers to finish title.
9. Write journaling on tag and adhere to page (add staples, if desired).
10. Using large plastic AC flowers, small felt flowers, and a black brad, create the layered flowers and attach to page.
11. Add photo corner stickers.
Supplies Needed
Patterned papers, circle punch, letter stickers, plastic and felt flowers, brads, journaling tag, pen, adhesive, decorative rub ons, stapler, corner rounder.
