I live in Canada, so Thanksgiving was in early October. I used the 'talking bubble' to journal about some of the highlights from Thanksgiving long weekend. Little things that we did, things I want to remember. The talking bubble was made in Adobe Photoshop using the shape tool. When I started this layout, I wasn't going to include any pictures... because I don't have any from Thanksgiving weekend AT ALL! Bad me! lol But, as the page progressed, I felt the need to include a picture of the kids... as a reference kind of thing. I printed them small, since they definitely were not the focus of the page.
I was feeling the 'hybrid' vibe for sure! The title was made in Photoshop, and then printed and cut into a strip. The owl is also printed and from a 2 Peas digital kit (see products below)! Looooove that little owl! hee heee!
