Themed Projects : Today
By Robyn Werlich

This months theme is to use color schemes created by the color wheel. There are a lot of great online resources just by simply googling 'color wheel'. You will get a color wheel circle with all the types of color combinations. I've always loved the complimentary color scheme (colors opposite one another on the color wheel) of blue and orange. A source online that I found said that a complimentary color scheme 'demands attention'...and I agree. Blue and Orange work great together and it was fun combining them on this layout.

I seem to always add a neutral to my layouts and here, it was the white. On the left hand side, I used the new Doodlebug Flocked Dot paper - love it. I also cut out a 'J' with just plain white cardstock and put it up near the top with the 'w' chipboard and rubons. It's a bit hard to see here in the scan so there is a close-up photo of that portion of the layout.

Lots of photos of Jaxon today. Thanks for looking!

Robyn
