I LOVE these fun frames by Fancy Pants. They are so adaptable to scrapbook-y projects. I could fill several of them quite easily!

For this particular frame, I went with a Father's Day theme. I am hoping my husband will hang it in his office at work. I had to really step away from jazzing it up too much (man! I wanted to go nuts with paper flowers and rub-ons and ribbon and...) Alas, I knew my husband would appreciate a more reserved piece of art for his space.

First, I enlarged 4 photos to 5x7. Then I created a 5x7 mini-scrapbook page for the 'title'. Finally, I had the two 'big boys' create drawings about their dad. I shrunk the drawings down and placed them in the last open window of the frame - Riley drew daddy D.J.-ing, Carter drew daddy visiting him at school during his 'wax museum' afternoon (they wanted me to be sure and tell you that as we were fiddling around with the placement of the photos and the other elements, THEY thought of the great idea to place their photos next to the drawings). ;)
