Seasonal Layouts : Paper Pumpkin
By Jennifer McGuire
|
I love using paper to make seasonal decorations. This is a great one - and a wonderful way to use up scraps.
You can make these any size you want. I cut pieces about 1" x 6"... sixteen pieces in total. I then punched a small hole in each each of the strips.
I put a knot in the end of a ribbon and put it through one end of the paper strips. I then put the same ribbon through the other holes. I pushed all of the strips down so they bowed out, and then finished with a knot at the top.
I added a bow and twine to finish it, along with a rolled piece of dark brown cardstock for the stem. Fun and easy! |
