i love type.  i love everything about it :)  fonts make my heart skip a beat.  for this page, i used a bunch of favorite fonts to create one large journaling block, mixing and matching sizes, weights, and font families.  it was all done in adobe illustrator, which allows me to really play with type and move it around.

the story behind this layout is that this is the corner in manhattan where my friend sarah and i spotted matt dillon and michael richards within a matter of seconds.  it was a great day.  so we happened to be back there one afternoon and i made her snap a photo of me standing the infamous (to us!) corner of columbus & 70th :)
