I love 3-dimsional stickers.  They look like you spent lots of time creating something eleborate... but without any effort.  Sassafras makes adorable 3-D and I decided to use them to make decorated pencils for my son's teachers.  And since there is only a small area of adhesive on the back, I can put them on the pencils with no trouble.

I took a piece of thin jute and thread it through the buttons on the 3-D stickers to hold them to the pencils.  I then tied a ribbon around for added fun.  To keep the pieces from falling off, I added a touch of Glossy Accents.  This stuff holds good - it is perfect for this type of project!
