Classes : Making the Most of Die Cutting Machines | October 2010
By Nichol Magouirk
Hello die cutting friends!
This month I have a die Silhouette die cut home decor project featuring Halloween decoration to share with you. Even though my banner features a Halloween theme and colors, consider using this same design for Christmas, birthdays (see photo example of a birthday banner I made awhile back) and so much more!
I am particularly partial to these pennants and have used them over and over. I love that with the Silhouette you can make them a variety of sizes to work for any occasion.
I used Halloween Papers I had on hand and many are no longer available (I raided my stash for this project!). I've linked many similar product or fun Halloween lines that are available NOW through the 2peas store.
You can download a PDF with Instructions and photos for the October 2010 Class here.
CHALLENGE: Use your digital die cutter (i.e. Silhouette or MM Slice) or the Sizzix to create a home decor project. Upload your project to the Two Peas gallery, make sure to check the box next to this class when you do, and you will automatically be entered in a drawing to win a prize from Two Peas! Please note in the comments section what you die cut (this makes it easier for others to learn from your examples)! Thank you.
