Your videos always inspire me, but this one REALLY did! I have so many of thes page protectors that I've wanted to add photos to but just never found a way to make them look as great as you did in your video!
I'm so excited to use them now!! Thanks for all your sharing all your talented ideas!
Thanks Shimelle! Love the 4 X 6 series. You have given me so many ideas for my own albums with great new techniques (for me!) to try.
Class Lesson - 4x6 Photo Love :: October 2011
part of class 4x6 Photo Love with Shimelle Laine
Welcome to the October edition of 4x6 Photo Love! It's the tenth month of the year, so we're scrapping ten 4x6 photos! This month's design concept is inspired by the 10x12 divided page protectors available here at Two Peas. For our ten photo page, we're create a double layout but it's back to back rather than two facing pages. These page protectors hold five photos on each side, for a total of ten 4x6 photos: six landscape and four portrait. The 10x12 size means you can add extras to the side of the page protector, like border stickers or trims. Embellishments and journaling can be placed either inside the pockets or right on top of the page protector using a strong adhesive like Glue Dots for smaller items and Cosmo Cricket Glubers for larger items.

This month we are joined by pea Piradee [twopeasinabucket.com], who shares a way to add plenty of journaling to the ten photos. Go check out her page [twopeasinabucket.com] and add it to your bookmarks!
Watch this video to see how the page is made. At the end of the video, there are also some ideas for how you can participate in this month's challenge even if you do not have these page protectors - don't let that stop you from joining us this month!
Every month you can enter the 4x6 Photo Love challenge. To be eligible to win, you need to follow this month's design concept - so ten 4x6 prints scrapped with a back-to-back page design - but beyond that you can use your own style, supplies and themes! Get creative! Upload your project to the gallery here at Two Peas and be sure to check the box for the challenge in step 4 of the uploading process. Enter by the 29th of November to have a chance at winning a Two Peas prize. The winner is posted on the Education board on the 30th, when the next lesson goes live.
Now it's your turn! Grab ten 4x6 photos and get scrapping! Can't wait to see your pages in the gallery!
