TFS!!!!!!!!!!

There are holes on either side of where the dowel rods are. (so they slide in and out) I used empty TP and paper towel rolls to hold the ribbons on the rods! <img border='0' src='/images/icons/smile.gif'>

this is super cute &amp; I can definitely build this.TFS!!!!
