A spontaneous day spent at the local sledding hill was a winter wonder for my little! She loved every second that they spent whizzing down the hill! :)

I've wanted to scrap these photos for a long time, but they are really contrasty and had some unusual colors (bright orange, hot pink?), so I opted to use the My Mind's Eye Colorful Christmas line, which is bright but winter-themed. Perfect for sledding pages! The title comes from the Creative Cafe journaling cards, and I balanced the bright color with the stamped cardstock strip along the bottom of my photo block. (The stamp set is from Basic Grey, but the circle images mimicked the circles in the snowman patterned paper perfectly!) The scalloped edging above the journaling block adds a touch of softness to a linear design, and I used a pre-cut scalloped-edged journaling card, but you could easily recreate the look with a border punch. Thanks so much for looking!
