Project - Take Note by Marcy Penner posted 06/19/12 at 10:16 AM Galleries: Scrapbooking Hexagons were one of those things that I just didn’t get. They scared me. I just didn’t know how to make them work for my style. I decided to roughly figure out where my page elements were going to go, and then I used my silhouette software to cut out hexagons in various sizes. I backed these hexagons with patterned paper and used the hexagons that I cut out as well. Those I added to my page with pop-dots. Now I won’t go so far as to say that hexagons and I are besties…. but I’m not scared of them anymore. |
