You have aced the Shabby-Chic style. This is fabulous. I love what you've done with the white acrylic paint. Everything is just right. TFS. Daria
Stunning!! I love the use of the cardboard in this way...terrific combinations.
This is gorgeous! Love the paint on the cardboard and the pretty flowers. Perfect shabby chic!
I really like the paint on the stripped down cardboard. The button flowers are great. Very chic.
This is beautiful. I love the colours!
Also, thanks for doing my challenge!

Galleries: Stamping, Cardmaking
I have to say, this is my most favorite card that I have completed so far for this event.
I peeled a layer of the cardboard & painted it with acrylic paint.
I misted the flower with Tattered Angles chalkboard spray to light it up, but the center was being stubborn, so I ended up lightly painting it with watered down white acrylic paint.
I also grunge-painted the leaves to tone down the color.
Used Glossy Accents on the center of the butterfly. It was rolled downward and put down with pop dots.
My three patterned papers are the dots, the blue flowers, and the leaves.
Butterfly stamp: Hero Arts
Blue flowers/leaves: punches and die cuts.
Pink flower: Recollections
3 Patterned papers: Basic Grey - Out of Print
Ink: Memento - Rich Cocoa
Misc: buttons, lace
