I absolutely loved making this Halloween banner using the Whoo-Ligans line by Bo Bunny. The Whoo-Ligans chipboard pieces made it such a fun and easy project to do! I used the Haunted House chipboard album by Little Yellow Bicycle as the banner base. Then I covered the individual pieces with Whoo-Ligans patterned paper and re-punched the holes so the pieces could be strung together with metal rings. I added a few of the chipboard pieces with wire so they would extend and look like they were either crawling (the spiders) or flying (the ghost & owl). With just a few additional things like penwork details or border fringes and this became an adorable centerpiece to my holiday decor.
