I did several newborn pics in pastels, but personally LOVED the ones in the brights. That first pic is being blown up HUGE!

i just made my first baby wrap. i don't have a baby to use, so used my childhood doll for a prop. the pics arent't the best, sun's going down, backgrounds packed, can't find a crochet hook to weave in ends, blah, blah, blah, LOL. wrap's about 24x24 and very stretchy in either direction. let me know what you think.

now, here is my question for those of you who do newborn shoots. what kind of colors would you prefer, traditional baby pastels, other light colors, or vibrant colors? why? my daughter and i are having a disagreement on this. this is where i got the inspiration, http://twopeasinabucket.kaboose.com/pg.asp?cmd=display&layout_id=1297898. [twopeasinabucket.kaboose.com] i love the way the bright colors stand out and make the baby look “soft”. i found the same yarn at the store but my daughter's comment was that she would not want here baby photographed in that. when i showed here the pic she still didn't like it. so what are you opinions on color choices please.
