I wish I could protect you from all things that hurt. Unfortunately, I can't.
By now, I'm sure you have figured out that life is not an easy ride.
It can be a road filled with various bumps and turns that are difficult to maneuver. Forces may discourage you, place obstacles in your path and even beat down your aspirations like a hailstorm. I implore you not to let anyone extinguish your love of learning and your sense of optimism. I know that things are really difficult for you right now. By all means, do not give up.
Remember that you can succeed not only because of the positive things people do for you, but also in spite of the negative things that people do to you.
