Project - Hat decorated for a Tea Party fundraiser by BrandonsMommy posted 02/21/10 at 07:25 PM Galleries: Scrapbooking This is a hat I decorated for a black & white themed Tea Party fundraiser. It was the centerpiece on our table, & then someone at our table had to wear the hat & go around the whole place with a basket to collect money. Whoever collected the most money won.
