Project - he is 10 by gluestickgirl posted 01/09/12 Galleries: Scrapbooking this page is a bit of a departure for me. i've been battling this confetti addiction and decided that i wanted to do a BIG title filled with confetti - perfect for a birthday page, right? i used my cameo to cut the “10” and then backed it with two sheets of transparency. i stitched around the number, leaving the top open, and then filled it with punched patterned paper bits. once i had enough in there, i stitched it the rest of the way shut. since the 10 was a whole lot of look, i kept the rest of the page fairly simple. my photo is matted on a page from an amy tangerine daybook - i loved the design, so i just ripped it out to use on my page. =) i added a few embellishments and an envelope to hold some additional journaling. |
