Project - teacher appreciation day gift folder by paulson pea posted 05/08/09 at 02:06 PM Galleries: Scrapbooking my son's first grade classroom put together a book of poems, thoughts and pictures on how they feel about their teacher. the front of the standard folder has a scrap booked page slid in the top and the quilted heart was blanket stitched and added with glue dots to the side. the pages were their own feelings and thoughts and their teacher LOVED it! we also placed a small school pic with each page so the teacher will remember what each child looked like years to come. i thought i'd share a simple way to put together something nice for one of the most important people of your child's year. have fun with it! oh, the border is inspired by kelli crowe! thanks kelli! |
