I was inspired to create this layout after a trip to Mexico, which is such a colorful country. These beaded statues, made by the Huichol Indians, are so vibrant and that dictated what I used to decorate the page. I hand stitched the bird and used a brad for the eye. I used an old Basic Grey Collection “color me silly” for the journaling area.
