i used the people icon printable available for free for this layout. the star/circles were inspired by sneak previews i saw on katie scott's blog, kiss & tell scrapbooking.
this page ended up being very time consuming once i decided to hand stitch instead of machine stitch but i really like the finished look. it gives it more of a hand pieced quilt look. the star/circle design is from the silhoette store and is a ki memories design. it was so awesome to cut all of these at once on the cameo!

Love the stitching and cut outs in the circles. I know how much work these both are, but it was worth it -- your page looks great!
