Project - Memory of an Elephant by {Jen Jockisch} posted 03/16/10 Galleries: Scrapbooking Our 3 year old has an insane memory. She's constantly surprising us with things she recalls. Of course, she doesn't have a whole lot to remember, so that probably helps. :) I recently placed a 2Peas order and the box was sitting on my desk, just waiting for me to dive in. This is the first page I made from that box. The whole page began with the Making Memories Vintage Findings Girl kit...I've been dying to get my hands on these kits and I knew I wanted to use this one. I also knew I wanted to incorporate the Anna Griffin paper with the elephants. I sort of quilted together the patterned paper, and when I say that I just mean that in my head it's like a quilt, I didn't actually stitch on this page. I then added in some punched patterned paper borders, my ribbon, and title. The title and the tag came next, followed by the journaling. I knew it needed a little extra something so I added in the My Minds Eye rhinestones and Fancy Pants buttons as well as some embellishments from the MM kit. TFL! |

Don't they drive you crazy though that they always seem to remember the things that you'd really, really like them to forget??? LOL! Love your page - love that you used that cute elephant paper - now I need some! :)

pretty jen. I like how you layered the kraft, then the white, and then the patterned papers.
