My 3 year old just recently learned to write her name, unbeknownst to me (she learned at daycare). She was sitting down with me drawing and I looked down and she had written her entire name. I was so proud of her! I wanted to document it, so I cut out the writing and incorporated it into my page.
For my flower accent, I just cut thin strips of paper and then folded them to meet in the middle and stapled. For the yellow part of the flower, I drew a spiral on patterned paper and then cut it out and wound it around the pencil.Super quick and easy accent!
