To answer the questions:

Aureliababy, yep, I made the flowers. I made the smaller rose by rolling patterned paper, and I made the larger rose by using a 6-petal flower punch to punch several layers.

Kathryn, I used chipboard circles as my templates for making the stitched circles. I placed the chipboard circle on the cardstock, then I used a paper piecer to punch holes around it.
