"First...I want to thank you for starting this thread and for commenting so constructively"

You are so welcome! I think I will get alot out of this group and hope others do too. I have been so inspired -but intimidated by the photography on two peas that I just wanted to have a place for more newbies like myself( although it is quite a bunch of talented gals here -- so the intimidation factor hasn't decreased much) LOL Thanks for the comments! Kris

I like this shot alot, I like he is not looking at the camera and you have his face a little off center.<img border='0' src='/graphics/mbicons/smilies_v2/thumbup2.gif'>

First...I want to thank you for starting this thread and for commenting so constructively.

Then I want to say that I love the photo. My eyes went directly to the contrast/shadow on your ds right shoulder. I think that really is a good way to get the viewer to focus.

I honsetly don't have a critique at all. Great shot!!!

I realize now that this is up, the focus is on the hair not the eyes -- I will have to be more carefull next time. This is right out of the camera -- not at all knowledgable on what can be done after the fact but would love to hear any recommendations.

I am very new to all of this and just wanted to see if I could even post a photo. These are of my ds. I really want to learn more about what I could/should be doing with my camera …and then hope to be able to play with photoshop to make some corrections. Please give me any tips or criticisms as I really want to learn. ONLY thing I wont be able to handle is if you say HE isnt cute. lol I like that he is not all smiles, but wish I had not centered him so much.
