Monochromatic card with ribbon. I flipped the sketch by Kimber 4.21.12 upside down to create this Congratulations Card.

Supplies - American Crafts Crimson Cardstock, CB Star Embossing Folder, red polka dot washi tape, red ribbon from stash, Big Shot, guillotine, pop dots, Staz on Ink and red gem.
