8 Comments - My first Family Photo Shoot (CC appreciated!)

You have already received some great cc, but I agree with the strong yellow cast, I think your WB is off, you may try playing with that in PS.

I would love to see some of these in BW, esp. the ones with the babe and mum and dad.

Great job for your first family shoot! Keep practicing and asking for cc. When I first started (and even now!) I often don't see things that others see.

No cricism here...I love # 3, 6 and the last one with Dad...OMG I just want to squeeze Big brothers cheeks, he is so cute and looks like he may be full of mischief...lol.

Great shots!!!

My favorite is too the last one of the baby and daddy.

I noticed the yellow...not sure if it's from Mom being tan?

Just a little CC from my perspective: mom's necklace to me is distracting from the shots especially those w/the new baby. I do love how you captured the smile in the one w/the baby alone. Very cute You did an excellent job shooting whites...I haven't had luck doing so! Great job!!! I'm sure they will love them!

I am by no means qualified to give you any cc, but I wanted to say that I think the last shot of baby and daddy is the best, so sweet! And I have to agree with the others, some of them do seem very soft. But overall, I think you did a great job!

I love the ones with Dad and baby. The lighting is good and the simpleness of the clothes keeps the focus on the baby.

I also love the one of just the little boy. So cute! His expression is priceless

The others are good, but seem a little off - not sharp enough, funny colour cast, too much distraction with the clothes.

I'm not a photographer.......I LOVE #6. What a cute pic with that smile on the babe's face.

Its a cute family. I do like 6, 8 and 12. 7 & 10 could stand to be sharpened a bit. There does seem to be a heavy yellow cast on the other pictures, but the focus is good. Reflections in glasses tend to be hard to work with, but that aside, 3 is awfully cute.

I am just a beginner, so I may not be one to take advice from, but other than those small adjustments, nice job.
