The summer of 2009 will definitely be a significant one for me.  I will always remember the day we brought home our new puppy, Henry.  My husband and I started playing around with the idea of getting a doggie during Christmas.  By early spring, we had found a breeder and were awaiting his arrival.  Once he was born, it seemed like FOREVER until he could come home with us. Then summer break came, and it happened!  We went to get him on this day, and my summer break was forever changed.  Happiness and joy in the summer of 2009!
For this layout, I used several different pattern papers in strips.  It came together super easy and fast.  Trim and adhere...and I used the lines on the diecut background (jenni Bowlin pp) to line them up.  No ruler necessary ;)
