As a scrapbooker, I am constantly inspired by text.  Text in magazines, word art found in advertisments, and sometimes just ONE word can inspire a whole layout.
As an art teacher, I teach my students that you can being a project (whether it be a drawing, painting, or collage) with just one word for inspiration. 
So how could I NOT be in <img alt="" src="http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/tpjs/fck/264/editor/images/smiley/msn/heart.gif [twopeasinabucket.com]" />LOVE<img alt="" src="http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/tpjs/fck/264/editor/images/smiley/msn/heart.gif [twopeasinabucket.com]" /> with the American Crafts Character collection?!?!  I just love all the type and different fonts used in these pattern papers.  And then there are the cool pieced of FLAIR that I just had to have all 3 packages :)  
This collection worked perfectly to document this silly antic that I noticed about myself one day.  I snapped the photo with my iphone because I knew I wanted to document it.
Journaling: 
my students were working on a collage project. I sat down next to one and began cutting from a book.  Maybe it was boredom or maybe it was fate, but these words caught my eyes immediately.  I loved the contrast and sound of them.  Because I am a scrapbooker and artist, i think words will always captivate me.  I hope they do.  so I taped it to my hand.  a reminder.
