My husband and I do not do much traveling. We used to travel quite a bit during our college years, but once the “real world” began, time for travel does not come often.

That said, when we do travel, I am sure to snap a lot of photos along the way. This particular trip was unique because it was the first time we were taking Henry (our Westie) in the car for longer than 5 minutes. I was nervous leading up to the trip. I took him for a special visit to the vet to see if there were any drugs we could give him to calm him down/make sure he didn't get car sick. I was a nervous mom! LOL! Little did I know how well he would do!!! We gave him a benadryl, and it was like he was relaxed and at ease! He slept a little at first, but then spent the rest of the 12 hr. drive sitting on my lap pillow in the front seat! His little face just staring out the windshield watching the other cars go by! Every now and then he would doze off, but as soon as we came to a stop for gas, he would wake up happy as ever :)
Our little co-pilot! My husband even commented that he was better company than I usually am because he stayed awake a lot longer than I usually do. LOL!

I love all the travel papers and embellishments that are HOT items right now! So I decided to mix and match LOTS of them on this layout!
