I have always loved these frame rub-on's from Hambly. I had a left over small photo from another Halloween layout, and decided to scrap a single page just about my husband and I's costumes last year.
I framed the photo using the rub-on, and placed it on pattern paper. I then used a toilet paper roll dipped in white paint (again!) and created a background with pattern paper.
Lastly, I hand cut the little skulls from pattern paper to create a border along the bottom of the page.

i think this past halloween's trend was the 80's...my best friends daughter went at an 80's girl. and my niece went as an 80's pop singer. lol. love the design and colors! adding to my faves :)
