I fixed this using only Microsoft paint. Because the background was black, I just filled it in. The "eye dropper" tool lets you select any color from an existing image, then you can use it to paint. Hope that makes sense.
sorry I don't know how. I just wanted to say I remember the days of destroying photos and calling it art. Such a shame I have albums of cut up photos ( what was I thinking)

This is a picture of my DD in 1994 pigging out on chocolate on Easter morning. Is there anyway one of you wonderfully talented peas could make it into a “normal” size picture. Someone in this house used to cut up all the pictures!! YIKES!!
