Project - Circa 1870 part 2

This is the second layout of the 1870's home that my daughter is restoring, along with the first page taken in natural light. I posted this same page yesterday taken in artificial light and it was blurry and very yellow.
I used Prima and Bo Bunny papers, Maya Road chipboard, stickles, October afternoon alphas, Fancy pants and melissa Francis journal spots, Tonic and Martha Stewart punches, Jolees snowflakes, Tim Holtz crackle paint, and vintage lace from an 1870's dress that was beyond repair.
Since someone asked, I thought I would add that it was in sorry shape when they bought it, and after 4 years of renovation, the addition of 6 marble bathrooms, central air, wireless, and many other ammentitis, they opened the B&B. The neighbors thought it should be torn down. Little did they know what a treasure it was. Probably one of the most solid houses I've every been in. The downstairs has inlaid parquet floors with a different pattern in every room, and all the woodwork is natural chestnut.
