Project - Holiday Theme: Wishing you a very merry Christmas by Justlulu posted 12/03/12 Galleries: Stamping, Cardmaking For this card I started with the amazing paper from Crate Paper's Sleigh Ride collection. I used the 6x6 paper pad, and I really liked the circular pattern over the map and used that as inspiration to add more circles to the card. From the same like there are Vellum diecuts and circle numbers which I'm a bit obsessed with. I originally planned to use them in my December Daily album, and who knows I might just buy a second pack so I still can! ;) Then I had to pin down my sentiment so I chose a stamp by My Minds Eye, and stamped it on an October Afternoon label sticker. I'm pretty sure it's a rule that all Christmas cards need some bling so I added the glitter thickers below the sentiment and some American Crafts glitter tape above it. I LOVE the glitter tape, and am so happy TwoPeas now carries a ton of colors. Seriously fun stuff :) I finished the card with the tiny banner sticker by Basic Grey. Thanks so much for looking!!! :) |
