Galleries: Scrapbooking

I was all over the place with this one! I had pinned this for inspiration http://pinterest.com/pin/117445502752273291/ [pinterest.com] and new I wanted to use it in a layout somehow.

I wanted a submission for a monochromatic challenge and I knew I wanted black/grey/white of some form. I played around with patterned paper and so many variations until I had an “epiphany” that a scrapbook page didn't have to have patterned paper, stitching, stickers, etc. So I took a photo that told a story by itself. My oldest brave, out in the ocean, and my youngest (in the foreground) staying close to mom but still having fun.
