Project - extracted wedding (extracton challenge)

Oh, dear. A sense of humor is a good thing to have in a case like this!

Great extraction - though somehow I don't think you'll forget the missing photographer in the background anytime soon.

This turned out so well. I love all the swirlys and the brush work. I think your extraction worked really well for this photo and it really puts the sole focus on the newlyweds. Beautiful

This looks so much better than all the people in the background and it really, really focuses on the happy couple. Love the light airy feel of the page too.

Funny story- now that you have her out of the picture! You did a great job with the extraction and the shadow! Beautiful page!

Yeah, I know it is not really funny, yet i laugh at it We just have to laugh at situations like this...otherwise we might wanna smak someone Kidding...anyhow...that is an awesome extraction you did, and placed them in such a classy LO! I love the delicate swirls looping behind them..the perfect touch!

Oh Liz, this is a beautiful layout!! I love the light bright colors, and the quote. Amazing what a tone difference there is from the darker, original photo! And your photographer story made me laugh, too... =) Awesome job on the extraction!

Ok, I realize that is not a very inspired title, but that's what I named it. I also admit extractions are not my favorite exercise, but this one has a funny story. I am attaching the original photo. The person in the background with the camera is the wedding photographer. Note she is not the one taking this all-important photo of the newly wedded couple (my dd and sil), in their first moments as a married couple. Amusing as it is that the photographer is IN THE BACKROUND and other people were (thankfully) filling in as photographers, I decided this one was a good candidate to extract, so I don't have to be reminded for eternity that the photographer was IN THE BACKGROUND.
