Project - LEFT SIDE of my new American Crafts inspired Scraproom

Project - LEFT SIDE of my new American Crafts inspired Scraproom

The design of this new scraproom has undergone a lot of revisions before finally getting it ALMOST complete. You are only seeing HALF of the room. The OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOM is on this link --
http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/pg.asp?cmd=display&layout_id=900046

page 1 -- my Prima flowers collection

page 2, 3 -- Wall Avenue words from www.topline-creations.com. These are wall rub-ons.

Page 4, 5 -- All of the upper cabinets and mullion doors were purchased via the internet more than a year ago. They are made of Maple solid wood. I can not remember the site but what I do remember is that the prices of these cabinets are comparable to those cabinets with particle boards that you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot that's why with a little more money, I chose to get these solid wood ones.

The lower cabinet I purchased from IKEA. It is a free-standing kitchen cabinet from the VARDE series. I asked my DH to cut the legs off to a table height (28 1/2") so that it will look like a custom cabinet with the 4 paper shelves units inside. Got those paper storage at www.poorray.com.

page 6, 7, 8 -- I used 12 TARGET cubes to make the other part of this L-shaped desk. I purchased 2 PRONOMEN countertops from IKEA and cut it to the desired length. The countertop is WIDER in depth compared to the TARGET cubes so I was able to make it my desk with numerous storage underneath while still making it look custom-made.

Page 9 -- My We R Memory Keepers & Prima collection

Page 10 -- close-up of my desk where I have my Cricut. Also have the DRAWERZ tilt bins from QVC to store my small embellishments.

page 11, 12 -- close-up of TARGET cubes. I use them to sort my stickers and embellishments by different categories like baby girl, baby boy, love, friends, school, Christmas, etc. Some I sort by brands if I have many like Basic Grey, Studio K, Brenda Walton and the like. Others for my adhesive, fastenater staples, frames, tags, etc.

Page 13, 14 -- These white MDF drawer chests contain my alphabet and numbers chipboards. Got those at the Container Store.

page 15 -- black carousel organizer that I got at Marshall's for $19.99. Quite a steal at that price! I was so happy when I saw it and it's the only one in the store.

page 16 -- Lazy Scrapper (www.acrossthest.com) is a paint can that has a turntable base where I keep my decorative scissors, trimmer, ATG 700 adhesive. Lots of mesh pockets to use. Got it at 40% off at a LSS.

Any more other questions just email me.

THIS IS AMAZING! I LOVE how you used the American Crafts stripe paper as your inspiration for the walls. One of my favorite layouts of my daughter is with this paper. I WOULD NEVER leave my studio if I had the money to deck it out like that. EXCELLENT JOB!!!
